Building climate resilience and sustainable livelihoods in India

The Himalayan Restoration Project Team has been working since 2021, to restore the landscape flora, which will bring back the destroyed and degraded forests of western Himalayas and the home for the wildlife, Macaques, Chamba Sacred Langurs, Himalayan Black Bear, Himalayan Porcupines, and many more native species. The project is also working with the communities to provide them ecology based sustainable livelihood options to improve the economy of indigenous groups in the region.
